So, the girls had fun while we were gone too. Their grandpas and grandmas took EXCELLENT care of them for the week. MANY THANKS to them...we couldn't have done it without YOU.
They played with Mega Blocks, drew pictures, colored, read books, made purses, colored some more, got presents, ate brownies, had ice cream every night and the list goes on. Basically...whatever they wanted!
There is no one quite like grandpa and grandma.
The blocks. Even Savana was involved with this!

My mom was brave and took Summer and Stephanie to Family Fest at Summer's school one Friday night. They always love to start the night at the "Byron Boutique" to get their hair done up for the night of games and prizes. What girl doesn't loves hot pink hair and sparkles everywhere!
We came home at 4am Monday morning to this sign hanging in our dining room. Summer carefully displayed the daily notes from mom and dad above the banner she so carefully created with grandpa. It was just what we needed to see! THANKS SUMMER :)
The girls survived nine days without mom and dad (and we survived without them). It was interesting to come home and see how differently each one acted when they saw us again. From totally excited, to roll over and go back to sleep. They are each their own person.
We truly love them all!

I love this post... especially the ending!
